This property opened in May 2009 so it's still very new. The staff is cordial and attentive. The units are large and well designed with many nice features and amenities. They recently got a van to take people on shopping trips and a trip to Coushatta Casino. They have Bingo every week for the residents and give away gift certificates for rent reduction. They are currently running several specials to fill up the property. These specials include FREE rent and reduced rates on their 1 and 2 bedroom units.
