This position offers NO Nights or Sundays!In this role as a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:* Driving store sales* Training and educating staff to increase knowledge and create high levels of motivation to inspire team to achieve results and create a selling environment focused on customer service, brand awareness, performance objectives and recognition* Maintaining proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and maintain compliance standards for shrink control * Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluation and counseling of store employees to effectively manage employee turnover and retention* This position directly reports to the Store OwnerYou will have a minimum of 7+ years of face to face sales experience, 3 year minimum of retail store management experience preferred. You will have a demonstrated proficiency in Computer knowledge. A minimum HS Diploma or GED is required, Bachelors is preferred. Candidates with Pedorthics experience or Cpeds are encourage to apply.Additional Information:HOURS OF WORK REQUIRED:40+STORE HOURS: 10-6 Monday-Friday and 10-5 Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT / WORKING CONDITIONS: Ability to be flexible in working extended schedules, including Saturdays.
