Position: Search Engine Marketing Specialist

What it takes to be successful in this role is previous experience in the following:
• Substantial knowledge of Google, Yahoo! Search Marketing and MSN platforms and their requirements
• Expertise in ppc bid strategies and creative testing and optimization
• Knowledge of best practices for optimizing landing pages to maximize conversion rates
• Familiarity with SEM reporting tools and techniques
• Expertise in on and off page natural search optimization
• Project planning and management skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML (JavaScript and CSS knowledge is preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Agency experience is a plus
