CDI Engineering Solutions is looking for a Piping Engineer that is familiar with steam generation water circuts. Experience with both natural and forced circualtion systems. Responsible for design/ layout of externals i.e. piping, caps, steam drum, vessel connections. Must have experience with stress/strain analysis (strain & fatigue). Thermal strain differences of piping. ASME B31.1, ASME Section I, Section VIII, Div 2, applicable ASCE codes. 10+ yrs experience, six sigma certified, process design experience and a PE all preferred. A value add would be IGCC and/or gasification experience, process design. You must be a self starter with good communication skills. BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
