Job Summary
The Virtual Classroom/Presentation Producer is responsible for the entire coordination of virtual programs (webcasting) from needs verification through post-program delivery.The Producer will be required to produce event/session deliverables on time and on budget.The Producer job will require the use of defined processes and toolsets to provide consistent high-level service to customers.Daily interactions providing status of deliverables to customers is key to success in this job.In addition, the individual will be required to proactively manage budgets, issues and overall customer/account team expectations and escalate to management as needed.The Producer will be required to team with both the customer/account team and others to deliver high quality events.The ability to listen effectively, resolve issues, problem solve, add value, advise on virtual presentation effectiveness and facilitate customer interactions will lead to effective customer relationship management and success in this role.Planning and organizing abilities are a must for individuals to work through the numerous tasks associated with successfully delivering a learning event.Technical knowledge regarding telecommunications, networking, intranet/internet, and firewalls is required to troubleshoot virtual programs.Instructor-Led facilitation experience is mandatory along with a subspecialty in virtual environment facilitation.Also strong customer-facing skills are needed when interacting directly with both EY and non-EY customers.Ability to work in a global setting (i.e., early mornings, late nights) is required when delivering international programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
· Manages full project lifecycle for single or multiple customer project(s) with a value ranging from $2K - $50K.
· Manages customer’s expectations.
· Captures, transfers and develops knowledge objects that can be leveraged or reused on another customer project.
· Develops/executes project strategy & approach and work plan according to pre-defined methodology adapting customer specific needs.
· Manages project budget; identifies and mitigates risk
· Develops, implements and manages scope change process.
· Identifies, initiates and develops innovative solutions for customer learning needs.
· Debriefs with presenters, program owner(s), program sponsor(s), audio teleconference and webcasting vendors to enhance and improve existing processes and to develop best practices.
· Manages (domestic and global) telecommunications, webcasting, and technology (networking, intranet, firewall, etc.) vendors/teams to ensure successful delivery of programs.
· Possesses excellent speaking voice and skills for virtual facilitation.
· Is required to work flexible hours to manage global programs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

-Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience required.Master’s degree preferred but not required.
-Three or more years of experience in on-line learning industry.Equivalent customer service experience will be considered.
-Four to seven (or more) years experience in project management within the learning industry, technology industry or comparable industry.
-Thorough understanding of customer service concepts and implementation techniques.Knowledge of budgets (actual comparisons and calculations).
-Thorough understanding and usage of EY Learning Connection and Raindance registration systems.
-Proven record of providing superior customer service to individuals and organizations.
-Demonstrated leadership and sound decision making abilities.
-Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, webcasting and eLearning industry.
