Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for managing and facilitating continuous improvement programs, budget planning/tracking and data system management for the Reliability, Quality, Repair & Maintenance organization. This person will report to the VP, Reliability, Quality, Repair & Maintenance and have the following responsibilities:
- Budget planning/tracking/reporting
- Data base system planning, reporting and program management
- Facilitate/track continuous improvement programs and reviews
- Develop and manage FRACAS system for all continuous improvement programs
Skill Requirements:
- Proven history of strong leadership
- Good communications skills
- History of successful program management
- Strong knowledge of data base management systems.
- Preferred: Strong background IT Infrastructure
- Preferred: Experience with SAP and Hyperion
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Engineering or Computer Science
- 10 + years experience in Design Engineering
- Preferred: 6 Sigma Black Belt certification
- Preferred: MBA or 2 + years experience in Finance
