Description
CDI Engineering has an immediate need for an Electrical Designer with at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in electrical design.
Qualified candidate has strong electrical design skills and is proficient with AutoCAD and Microstation.
A working understanding of PLC, DCS and MCC as well as experience developing one-lines, motor schematics and P&I drawings is strongly preferred.
Must have exposure to design of lighting, grounding, power distribution, heat tracing, area classifications and motor controls.
Experience with PDMS and SmartPlant is a plus.
