Job Duties and Responsibilities


Directs the division’s world-wide accounting functions. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting processes, maintenance of an effective system for internal controls, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management’s attention, and presentation of finding and specific recommendations to senior management. Handles special projects, as assigned.

Education, Experience and Training


  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting and/or related field

  • CPA or equivalent designation

  • 15+ years of progressive Finance experience

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IAS/IFRS

  • Audit experience (public or internal)

  • Experience working and living internationally

  • BHI experience or industry experience

  • Knowledge of FCPA
