"Classes held Mon-Fri 5-6am. Tue &Thur 6:30-7:30pm and Sat. 7:00-8:00am. (Memorial Park) Meet by the wooden plank stretching area near tennis courts. Workouts are $5. per visit. or $80a month. One on One classes available. Call/text 713 256-3652

There is never a better time to get in shape than today. Beginner or intermediate, young or middle age, this is the group for you. Each day is a different workout. We guarantee by the end of the week every muscle group in your body will have been worked. We offer a variety of calisthenics and running. If you don’t like to run, WALK— we end up at the same spot only to continue our workout together
