Position: Customer Service Specialist / Administrator - Customer Accounts
As a CSS / Administrator at cPanel, you will be a main point of contact for customers who have questions regarding their invoicing as well as inquiries from new clients. You will also be responsible for verifying monthly invoicing and account details.
Qualifications:
* 3 years of customer service experience
* 3 years of basic accounting experience
Job Duties:
* Answering customer questions / requests through our ticketing and phone systems including but not limited to:
o Invoicing and account information
o Distributor Requests
o Non-technical pre-sales information
* Account Management:
o Setting up new accounts
o Auditing accounts
+ Payments
+ Software license counts
+ Software license types
o Monthly invoicing
+ Price adjustments as required
+ Verifying completion
+ Processing payments
o Order processing
o Retentions - non-technical
* Ad hoc reporting to management and company executives
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
* Self-motivated with sense of initiative to make independent decisions:
o Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
o Demonstrated organizational skills
o Sense of urgency when dealing with time sensitive issues
* Flexible working schedule
* Familiarity with basic accounting practices and software:
o Excel
o Quickbooks
Special Consideration:
Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience:
* Basic linux operating system experience
* Management experience
